Named after the famous coffee cantata of Bach, this luscious sweet blend was created with the intention of seducing the drinker with its simple yet sophisticated combination of beans. The Blend itself consists of one Central American origin and two South American origins;

Smooth medium bodied with a buttery mouthfeel. Sweet, nutty, malt, cacao nibs with a lingering milk chocolate finish when mixed with milk.

Recommended Recipe: 23g IN / 43-47g OUT with a total extraction range time of 28-31 sec (this includes a 4 second hard pre-infusion).
